Product images on the website will vary in colour due to many factors such as monitor type, scan quality, lighting arrangements etc. Images do not seek to duplicate the exact visual appearance, but serve merely as a guide or point of reference.

All images on the website, drawings, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued by Colourplus are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them and do not form part of the contract for provision of goods.

Neither Colourplus nor any other party involved in producing or delivering this site, shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages, costs, losses or liabilities whatsoever arising out of your use of, access to, or inability to use or access, this website or reliance on any information provided on this website. In addition, we shall not be liable for any damages, costs, losses or liabilities to you, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property, by reason of your use of, access to, or downloading of any material from, this website. Personal Information Privacy Policy

We will only use personal information about you for the following reasons:

• To create a Colourcard loyalty account for you, which can be used both online and in stores.

• To improve the products and services we offer through this site.

• To respond to any queries you may have.

• Any other reasons which we may notify at the time the information is collected.

The personal information that is collected by Colourplus is forwarded to the agency who manages the email marketing on behalf of Colourplus.

Your Personal Information:

• Will not be divulged by either Colourplus or our associated agencies; and • Will be used primarily for the purpose of providing you Colourcard Loyalty Club benefits.

The only personal information which will be collected from you as a member of Colourcard Loyalty Club will be:

• Your name • Email address and selected local branch

• As part of the service provided to you by Colourplus, you will be receiving from time to time marketing materials relating to products and services offered by Colourplus. This information will be forwarded to you by post, email or SMS on an ad hoc basis. As a member of Colourcard Loyalty Club you consent to the use of your information for that purpose.

Information Retention and Security

The personal information collected will be retained by Colourplus. If you no longer wish to be a member of the Colourcard Loyalty Club at Colourplus, simply advise Colourplus by contacting us on marketing@colourplus.co.nz to delete your details from the database.

Emails

We only email you if you want us to. We do not send unsolicited emails. When you register your email address with us, if you choose to, you go on a list to receive email announcements about products, offers and promotions from us. Every email message we send includes an email address to which you can respond. If at any time you decide you do not want to receive our emails, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. If you unsubscribe you will continue to receive emails specifically related to your online orders.

Please ensure that any information that you provide when creating a Colourcard Loyalty Club account with us is correct. Please advise us as soon as possible if any of this information changes or you become aware of any inaccuracy in the information you have provided. If you are providing information about a person other than yourself, you warrant that you are authorised by that person to provide that information.
