COVID-19 UPDATE FROM COLOURPLUS
The team at your local Colourplus store wishes you well in these uncertain times. We just wanted to reassure you of the steps we’re taking to look after our staff, our customers and their homes as we face COVID-19 together.
If you are intending to shop with us before Alert Level 4 Takes Effect - Wednesday 25th March
- All of our staff in-store are fully briefed on Ministry of Health COVID-19 guidelines
- Hand sanitiser is available to staff and handwashing protocol has been clearly outlined
- Extra measures are being taken to keep our stores clean particularly in ‘high touch’ areas like door handles, counters, products and sampling
- Staff are not to attend work if they are feeling unwell, or have been in contact with someone that is unwell or has recently travelled internationally. We ask that our customers too do not visit our store if they meet the before mentioned criteria
Even with these measures in place, we would advise our more vulnerable customers – the over 70’s, people who are suffering from chronic illness or with impaired immune system function – to browse our extensive range online from the comfort of your home at colourplus.co.nz. Home Visits & Installation
We are unable to conduct in-home measure and quotes, or in-home visits/installation during this time. However, if you would like to provide details of your curtain or blind requirements via email, our team can liaise with you to provide a quote in the meantime to be confirmed via a check measure once the COVID-19 Alert System has been lifted.
For existing jobs in production there will inevitably be a delay in completion due to our local supply chain also being in lockdown. Once we have a better understanding on what impact this will cause your local store will provide an updated timeline for delivery/installation of your ordered product.
